KVKK Application Process

This document explains how you can exercise your rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller." For the scope of your rights, see §5 of the KVKK Disclosure Text.

2. Application Methods
You can submit your request through one of the following methods:

| Written mail | A wet-signed and dated petition sent to the address listed in §1 above |
| Registered electronic mail (KEP) | If you have a KEP account, once a KEP address is established for the data controller through this channel (email and mail are currently the prioritized channels) |
3. Information Required in Your Application
To verify your identity, your application must fully include the following information (Communiqué Art. 5):
- Name, surname, and signature if the application is in writing,
- For Turkish citizens, T.R. identity number; for foreign nationals, nationality/passport number or identity number if available,
- Residential or business address for correspondence,
- Email address, phone, and fax number for notification, if available,
- The subject of the request (which right, for which category of data, you wish to exercise).
Requests sent from the email address associated with your account may be processed on an expedited basis without requiring additional identity verification; requests from a different channel may require identity confirmation.
4. Evaluation and Response Time
Your application is concluded free of charge within no more than 30 days, depending on its nature. If the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board's tariff may be requested. If your request is accepted or rejected with justification, the response is communicated to you in writing or electronically, in a manner consistent with the method used in your application.
5. Right to Complain to the Board
If your application is not answered within 30 days, or if you find our response unsatisfactory, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days from the date you learned of the response, and in any event within 60 days from the date of application (KVKK Art. 14).
