Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and the KVKK Disclosure Text, I freely and unambiguously consent to the processing of my personal data listed below, for the purposes stated, and to its transfer domestically or abroad, by the data controller İsmail Nebi GENÇ (Küçüksu Mahallesi, Rasathane Caddesi, No: 54/2, Üsküdar / İSTANBUL, support@marryfix.com).

Note: The mandatory identity data collected in separate fields for first name and last name during registration is not within the scope of this Explicit Consent Text; the last name field is not shown to other users in the app interface. This data is processed under the purposes and legal grounds described in the KVKK Disclosure Text. Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Board's Principle Decision dated 18.02.2026 and numbered 2026/347, this Explicit Consent Text and the Disclosure Text have been prepared as separate documents.

1. Purpose-Based Consent Management (Each Purpose Separate and Revocable)

Each of the items below is stored in our system as a separate consent/permission record, together with its purpose, version, and date information (an append-only consent record), and each can be withdrawn independently of the others, at any time, from the privacy/permission settings within the app. Withdrawing a consent stops the processing activity relying on that consent and deletes the related data, if any; it does not affect your other consents or your account.

  • Biometric Data (Facial Verification): The processing of my biometric data (facial recognition data) during the facial liveness detection and selfie-based identity verification process, for the purpose of preventing fake accounts and verifying my profile. I understand that my selfie image will not be stored in this context, that only an opaque FaceId reference (`verifiedfaceref`) will be retained, and that processing will take place through AWS Amazon Rekognition in the `eu-west-1` (Ireland — EU data center) region. I accept that when I delete my account or withdraw this consent, my FaceId record will be permanently deleted from AWS Rekognition (`deleteEnrolledFace`) and my verification badge will be revoked.
  • Sensitive Profile Matching: The use, in matching algorithms, of my special-category personal data — such as sexual orientation, religious belief, or health data — if I choose to share it within the app.
  • Contacts Synchronization (Contacts Sync): The processing of numbers in my phone contacts solely as an irreversible summary (hash), for the "hide me from my contacts" feature to function; I understand that when I withdraw this consent, the related hashes will be deleted.
  • Marketing (not currently active): The use of my contact information (email, phone) for the purpose of offering campaigns, promotions, and personalized offers. This feature is not active as of launch; this consent will be requested separately when it is activated.
  • Location (not currently active): The processing of my precise location data for the purpose of finding the closest matches to me. This feature is not active as of launch; this consent will be requested separately when it is activated.
  • Advertising Personalization / Custom-Lookalike Audience (not currently active): The processing of my advertising identifier and non-sensitive usage data (excluding message content, biometric data, location, contacts data, and profile/compatibility data) for the purpose of measuring advertising/marketing activity. This feature is not active as of launch; this consent will be requested separately when activated, and in compliance with advertising age-appropriateness / minor-user restrictions.

2. Data Transfer

I consent to my data being transferred to domestic and/or international server providers (such as Amazon Web Services) with whom we cooperate for the purpose of providing the service, and to business partners, limited solely to the purpose covered by the relevant consent.
