What happens when you delete your account?

  • •Your profile will be immediately hidden from other users.
  • •After a 30-day grace period, your profile and photos are permanently deleted; your identity is anonymized in past conversations, and message content follows the normal retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy.
  • •Your face verification FaceId will be permanently removed from AWS Rekognition via deleteEnrolledFace.
  • •Transactional records may be retained for up to 10 years as required by Turkish Commercial Code.
  • •This action cannot be undone after the grace period ends.

During the 30-day grace period you can cancel the deletion by logging back in.

How to delete your account

  1. 1.Open the Marryfix app and go to Settings → Delete Account.
  2. 2.Confirm the deletion request and check your email.
  3. 3.If you cannot access the app, email support@marryfix.com from your registered address to request account deletion.
