Distance Service Pre-Information Form

This form is prepared to inform you, pursuant to the Distance Contracts Regulation and Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, before you purchase a paid subscription or digital content through the Marryfix application. This form is an annex to §8 of the Terms of Use; in case of conflict, this form takes precedence.

2. Essential Characteristics of the Service

Marryfix is a digital dating/messaging service where users can access test/compatibility-based matching, chat, and profile features. A paid subscription (Premium) and/or one-time digital products (e.g. list refresh) provide additional access to, or priority within, the platform's standard (free) features. The scope of the paid products offered is described in detail on the in-app purchase screen.

3. Price, Payment, and Billing Period

Purchases through the app store (App Store / Google Play): The full price, currency, trial period (if any), and renewal period are clearly shown on Apple's/Google's own payment screen at the time of purchase, and your consent is obtained there; this form does not replace the information on the store's screen but supplements it. Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account; the payment is collected by the relevant store provider, not by us.
Direct purchases (outside the app store): If such an option is offered, the payment method, total price (including taxes), and collection method will be shown separately before the payment step.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your chosen period until you cancel.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of digital content/service (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-ğ), the right of withdrawal generally cannot be exercised, once performance has begun with your consent, for digital services and digital content performed immediately. By giving your consent, you accept that the service/subscription will begin immediately and that your right of withdrawal will end at that point.
For purchases made through the App Store / Google Play, refund requests are handled through the relevant store's own refund policy and process (directly with Apple or Google); the refund decision is made by the relevant store, not by us.
Aside from the above, if you have a non-waivable right of withdrawal or refund granted to you under applicable consumer legislation, that right is reserved and can be exercised via support@marryfix.com.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription depending on the channel through which you purchased it:

Through the App Store / Google Play: From the subscription management screen of your relevant store account.
Direct in-app purchase (if any): From your account settings or via support@marryfix.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refund is given for the remaining period (see Terms of Use §8d), unless applicable consumer legislation requires otherwise.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Please direct your complaints first to support@marryfix.com. For disputes qualifying as consumer transactions, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
